Opinion on this deal 430 Rand Coupe

Hi. I have a dealer offering a 2016 430 GC with 4000 miles for $49745 with an original MSRP of $57030. They are willing to lease this and I wanted to know if the selling price is fair. And based on my research 2016 have 0.00140 MF and 56% on 12k. This car is a loaner. Thanks!

ROFL, This car is apparently sitting on the lot with a sold sign on it (to me?) I'm surprised they are trying to sell something I already put a down payment on. I might pass on this and let you have it, pretty shady.
