6MT guys need your help

My car is 6MT and got this message on the screen tonight after driving up a steep hill, I wasn't even riding the clutch

The message disappeared after some careful town driving.

Should I be worried?

The last line says don't worry man, just take it easy and give it a minute to cool off.

Huh didn't know that message even existed! In what gear were you going up? Hard throttle?

I've had that message appear three times over the past couple of years. Once was in stop and go traffic on a really hot day enroute to Yankee stadium. I don't remember what the circumstances were the other two times. I wouldn't worry about it.
