New tires, now problems.
I need advice. I took my car into my dealer for four new tires and an alignment. My car's alignment seemed okay (no pulling to either side or having to hold the steering wheel off-center to track straight ahead) but I decided to do one because my rear tires wore very unevenly.
After the installation of the tires and the alignment, I noticed my car pulled to the left, with the steering wheel having to be aimed at the 1 o'clock position to track straight ahead. I called the service department, and asked them to take a look at it which they graciously did. After they realigned everything, I took the car back home. Along the way, I noticed that although the car did not pull anymore to either side, my steering wheel still had to be held at the 1'o clock position. I called back the next day, and brought it back in. The short version is that the service manager took a look at things, and basically told me that the problem is minute and that the alignment is good. While the issue might not be a huge deal at city speeds, it is very noticeable at 80mph on the interstate. What should I do? Any ideas?
