Although January you can get the option and drive credit, but that comes with a 1 point lower residual.
What is the option and drive credit?? Then again my sales rep still hasn't had me sign anything. He put the order in and I already received my March 24th pickup date but I haven't even signed a sales order yet. Maybe if I sign it for now in January I will get it but I don't know what it is

Actually i guess January is the first month you will be able to lock in the lease rates since it is a 60 day lock and you will be signing in March.
In my situation since i will be signing in January, November was the first months rates i could lock in.
If December or January had been better I could have opted to use those.

I don't think there is a loyalty credit for January.

Actually its a 90 day lock. Ive done it 3 times before. Not sure why they told you it is a 60 day lock. Unless it has changed. I haven't done a ED since 2010. Regarding the option credit and drive credit it says through 1-31-14 however it doesn't say pick up like the holiday credit so my guess is that if you order the car through 1-31-14 you can still use it. I will ask my sales rep. He said that the owners loyalty will still be good in Jan. Hopefully he is right

Everything I've read is 60 day east coast and 90 for West Coast dealers.
If it is 90 you would get December mf and residual plus loyalty and holiday cash like I am.
Ask the dealer sub forum on the other site is one of the best sources for this kind of info.

Im not sure how you are getting the holiday credit if the car has to be picked up by January 2 2014. That was in the fine print. And I asked two dealers about it to make sure and each said the same thing. Both said Id love to give it to you so I can make the sale.

This was posted by a dealer over on the BF site.

If it is a 60 day lock it really doesn't matter, would have to sign by march 1st.

My deal was $500 over ED invoice minus $750 HC. Signing on 1/24.

Then your dealer is a magician. What you listed as a link is not what was on the website. Vehicle must be signed or picked up by January 2nd 2014 in order to receive Holiday Credit. My deal has to be resubmitted because Im picking the vehicle up on March 24th. Im signing 2 weeks prior to my pickup so I will lose the owners loyalty but still receive the Option credit and drive. which is $500 and $500. So in a sense Im getting an additional $500. As your dealer if he actually submitted your paperwork. Did you receive an email from BMW Euro delivery already giving you your pickup date like mine has. Even though I received that day my deal has to be resubmitted because the deal wasn't lockable. Check with your dealer why you are getting $750 instead of $1000. Or like some dealerships they just wont tell you and pocket that extra $250 making $750 on the deal and not $500. This is my 4th ED. Ive seen some dealers play around to make themselves look like they gave you the best deal possible when in fact its what most others give. Contact any dealer and ask about the Holiday credit and see what they say. All vehicles must be signed for and or picked up by January 2nd 2014 to get the holiday credit.

This is the only link I found since the one from the official bmw website has been removed. But the advertising is the same at all BMW dealerships. Offer ends January 2nd http://www.bmwconcordblog.com/2013/1...d-sales-event/

Holiday Credit for the f34 was always $750. For the f30 it went from $750 in November to $1250 in December.
My pickup date is Jan 30th. Since there is a 60 day lock i waited until the November programs where announced. I contacted 3 dealers in NJ that have a good rep for ED. I wanted to use a NJ dealer to utilize the MSD program. All three gave me quotes of $500 -$1000 over ED invoice minus the $750 holiday credit for a deal signed in January.

This is the thread where a very respected CA posted the info I referenced.
