Sport package as an add on?
I don't like the fact that only two interior colors available on the Sport verson.
Im not a fan of racerboy red strip on dash nor Aluminum trim. The sport "Look" is poser. I always get my cars in "Sport". My preference is to have a color combination that suits my taste and option the car with the sport package. Seems the "Sport" is aligned more to an Infiniti "S" mode. Gobs of high tech look with shiney dent and scratchable metal trim. I would like "luxury" with a sport package, or just a 328i and let me build it out to my tastes. At least I can still get a manual transmission. That I am greatful for. BMW makes great "Sport touring" cars. Lets not forget the roots. |

I feel you pain. I love the sport features and look, hate the damn interior color combos. That is why I think I will have to settle for:
white exterior - biege/wood trim interior - mSport - premium pkg - xenon - parking package (still iffy on this one) want to keep it it at 41K ish |

Im not sure about exterior but the last two BMW's I have gotten are some varient of brown/black with wood, Manual, and sport. I usually have to order this. Im old school and love the look of the old BMW 3.0 CS coupe. With its wood and leather it was a luxury sport touring. I used to get 5 series and really did enjoy my e60 but these cars are really getting expensive and larger. The 3 is now all grown up to be a 5 series! I understand BMW has to cater to a younger crowd as these younger "enthusiasts" are willing to spend gobs of money on their cars and mod them to their tastes. The high tech look is a preference, as is the old wood look. My lone mod on my coupe is a wood knob shift to tie it all in. Im fine with stock and don't load up my cars that much. |

The online configurator is not set to customize the mSport, but if you look at the m sport forum it says you can get the beige/wood interior.
Look at this link, the imerial blue modern has the biege/wood interior: http://www.f30post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=642186 ----- This is the mSport to see the interior combos you can get: http://www.f30post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=642186 --> if you scroll down to the trims you will see the wood. I cannot spell the name of that though ;0) |
