Lol not a fan?
Its a fun little budget car but I want the creature comforts for my fiancé and baby girl. I don’t track it anyways Just like highway pulls and i know the n55 pulls hard with some tuning and light mods. |

Lol, just the first thing that came to mind! I actually have a soft spot for go-cart-esque small cars. Have not driven a Fiesta though. Shocked to hear they can be "faster" than an N55 powered BMW with the right mods

I drove 2016 SRT Charger, it was too big, boaty, and the throttle was too jumpy had to switch it to ECO to be driveable. brakes had that hard bite that would makes you look like first time driving.
def NO.

I came from a ‘14 charger RT AWD... extremely happy with my 335xi.
I’m in the car by myself most of the time and the charger was like driving a cruise ship. The Charger community (online) is also horrible. It’s not at all active and it’s a lot of 65+ guys putting chrome on everything. Not for me. |

I love the 2015+ Charger SRT or any of the 392 Chargers with the big brake option.
Great brake feel. Way better than BMW and grip for days.

Is it an SRT8 or an SRT392? If it's the former (6.1L) then forget it. 435i all the way.
If it's a 392 (6.4L) then it depends on what you're looking for. If you're in it for raw sound, comfort and straight line performance (without mods), then the Charger is the car for you. If you want something that handles even remotely well, then forego the Charger. The 435i will be much easier to make (quick) large power gains, but you would still be playing from behind (though much further ahead on weight). My advice to you is test drive them both, figure out what things are most important to you in a vehicle, and make a decision from there. |

Chrysler is now owned by Fiat, after changing hands several times. Their cars have gone seriously downhill in terms of quality and reliability. If you want a hot rod to do burnouts in, buy one of their vehicles. If you want something with more refinement and better handling, fuel economy, and comfort, BMW is the way to go. Two very different companies with very different vehicle concepts and manufacturing standards.

Being that I work at a Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealer, I should be biased towards the SRT, but with all of the recalls and "software updates" I would be more inclined to purchase a new 435i than the SRT. I got the opportunity to drive the Charger SRT Hellcat for about 100ish miles, it rides fantastic and there is no shortage of power. But in my personal opinion, I would get the new 435i.

Chargers are a dime a dozen here and it's true what people are saying. They're cheap, heavy, feel as big as they are, and have trouble putting power down.

>Chargers are a dime a dozen So chargers should also... blend in? That post doesn't really make too much sense their bud lmao. From the few times I drove a family friend's charger SXT, I can say it really didn't feel that sluggish considering how large it is (and I had previously thought that buying a car that big with a V6 was just silly, but the AWD system got the power down pretty well). I don't think that an SRT or an RT Scatpack would have any trouble on power (now, I will say that they come with too skinny of a tire to put power DOWN from a dig). Compared to my 335i and my friend's old 435i (he switched to a Corvette after a year, and now to a Ghibli... poor guy), the charger was MUCH more comfortable. |

How does your friend like the Ghibli? They sound amazing, look sexy but I've heard owners have huge regrets as they are in the shop all the time.

I have a 17 Jeep SRT..
Love the engine, comfort, pretty much everything about it. BUT.. Expect a significant drop in build quality and dealer support. -Body panels very poor alignment -Lots of tech issues with uconnect -all 4 brembos peeling after 17,000 miles -my local dealer are incompetent and poorly managed, every warranty issue as been a huge pain. Just don't expect the same level of fit and finish, it's not even close.

He likes it a lot. He lives a few states away from me now (but we grew up together), and I haven't experienced it in person but I am NOT a fan of them. The 5, E class, and Audi A6/7 seem like much better cars for less money (and once you get into similarly priced like with the M550i, I dont seem a comparison at all).
