First off let me say thanks to the guys over at ARK Performance. They really care and stand behind their product. They settle for nothing less than perfection and really do extensive R&D on their products. I have been around the industry and they definitely have high standards for quality and performance.

On to the exhaust.. It is a beautiful piece with nice welds. There is little to no drone. It is very quiet in the cabin and you can barely hear it inside with the windows up. However, outside the tone is deep and has a very nice calm rumble. It is subtle yet noticeable, unique and agreesive. Here are some pictures and video clips. Let me know if anyone wants to hear other clips, sorry these are from an iphone so the quality is decent at best.

So I pulled the trigger and got the ARK GRiP Exhaust. This system is so amazeballssssss!! IMO it's the perfect amount of growl with barely any signs of drone. The exhaust design is definitely unique compared to most other traditional designs with that extra cannister. I'm going to break-in the exhaust and post a final review for everyone. If you have been looking into or considering this exhaust you must get it!! You will not be disappointed!!

I'm not sure if it will fit the xdrive model. I would need to ask ARK. I do know that this exhaust will be available for the 428i models.
