Should I take this deal?

On a new build I am getting offered 7.3% off MSRP.

Only issue is, is that they won't come down to a .0013 MF, they are doing .00169 because they are giving me such a heavy discount on the MSRP.

Should I push for .0013 even with the discount they are giving me?

Absolutely, yes. The dealer is trying to make up profit on one end that he is giving up on the other.

The only thing is, is that no other dealership in my state is giving me a deal close to this, other places I am getting 4% and 6% and 4% all with a 0.0017 MF. I feel like this is my best opportunity especially because these guys offered the deal when I first asked them, while the other dealerships it took heavy negotiation to get to that point.

Currently shopping for that same deal. Whats the monthly payment look like with those numbers? Assuming 12k/36?

For a 2015 58,500 MSRP they're giving my $670 with $1,500 down.

Seems high considering a 7.3% discount but it's a .00169 MF so I don't know I'll have to go there in person to see how they're coming up with that.

Let's not forget they are in the business of making money. Like the rest of us. We all have to make a living. Still a great discount.
