'NO SIGNAL' Error with New NBT Screen in my 2016 BMW F30 320i
I have a BMW F30 320i from 2016, and recently I purchased a larger NBT screen. However, when I connected it to my car, it displayed a "NO SIGNAL" message.
I suspect that the screen may not be compatible with my NBT system. Is there a solution to this issue, such as using a voltage amplifier or any other method? thanks a lot |

What head unit do you have, what screen did you have and what is it now?
NBT always has an 8.8” screen unless you retrofit the F15 10.25” screen. If you have EntryNav with 6.5” screen it can work with the 8.8” but the head unit needs coding for it to do so. |

I also coded via bimmercode but still there is no signal. I coded like; 1. 3000 HMI -> Display_Size_Resolution (1280x480) 2. 3001 EXBOX -> Display_Variante (breites) in my bimmercode there is no APIX mode or anything related with APIX |

NBT has only 8.8” screen and it can’t work with 6.5” so I think you have EntryNav instead.
Those two codings should be correct for EntryNav though. What’s the part number of the 8.8” screen you’ve got? |

I don't think you have a power problem if you are displaying "No Signal" on the screen. No signal is just that. There isn't any info sent to the screen to display. If it was a resolution problem it would display large on your 8.8 screen. If indeed you do have a Entry HU the 6.5" screen is pinned differently than the 8.8". No matter what you think you have Check your pinout and confirm the cable you have is compatible with the swap.
