So my fiance has a 2012 128i and I have a 2008 335i, and for some crazy unexpected reason, BMW sent a Tile to her! One of those little Bluetooth tracking tile things, that you attach to your keys or whatever and it helps you find them.. It even has a BMW logo on it..!!

My first question clearly is, why didn't I get one lol..!?!

And second, has anyone else experienced this yet..?!?

Few things it could depend on... Did you guys purchase through the same dealership? If not, she may have been associated with one that gave them out. If so, maybe it's because her vehicle is "newer." It may be CPO and eligible.
It may also be random. Sometimes, they don't expect two customer to live under the same house- especially since you're not married..
If you didn't get one and you've purchased through the same dealership, just call them! It's no big deal.

Yes we both got our vehicles at CarMax, and the box came from BMW Ontario or something, definitely not any place in FL..

I'm going to investigate this and will report back with my findings =)

She's constantly losing things, so maybe it's one of those good #karma things, lmao..!

I hadn't even heard of a Tile before. Cool device. Great gift idea from BMW...

My father, who doesn't even own a BMW and never has, received one of these last week from BMW N/A. Inside was a pamphlet telling him it's "a great time to get into a new BMW." I have never heard of "Tile" and initially thought it was just a block with the BMW logo on it for advertisement and was about to toss it... Cool idea, and very nice gesture on BMW. But it has been sitting on the table since. Seems pretty useless in my opinion given it's size (especially thickness).

Surprisingly, I own a BMW and have yet to receive anything from them... I know they were giving out BMW USBs a year or two ago too... never got one of those either. I guess, once they have you, they forget about you.
