Finally

After 6 months of deliberating I finally took the plunge and bought my first BMW....Originally owning Golfs and Audi, TT then a Skoda... here I am.
Originally the budget was 10K and a 320D Msport or 320i. In that time the budget has increased and so did the model choice....could I afford a 330D? or even the 335D....Never thought I would be able to get my current car which is a 328i M Sport in Estoril blue with a few tasty options. Glad I raised my budget for an F30... could not stretch to a 330D but would have been a lot more.
Only had the car a week but totally smitten. The sports auto is fantastic and the handling is light years from anything else I have owned. Averaging 40mpg on my daily 20 mile commute. I am a very happy F30 owner, hopefully the new winter tyres will help in winter with the driveability... Any tips or tricks would be appreciated

Excellent and welcome to the forum.

Looks great

Common one on here is replacing the chrome with black grills..

Main thing is, just get out and enjoy your car.

Nice car in a great colour. 328i is a great choice, lot more power over the 320i with little impact on running costs, a real Jeckyll and Hyde, lazy commuter in comfort mode and a fast sports saloon in sport mode. Enjoy it, I am loving mine

Enjoy! You have made a good choice there. Had my 328i for 3 years (before going to the 'dark side') . Loved it.

You have got the right colour as well!

OP: Congrats on the car, am sure you will love it! Mine has been great (when it's working properly, which sadly hasn't been too often).

Top tip: listen to/look at no modding threads if your car's perfect to you now - it is perfect

Having said that, that front could really do with black grills, a front splitter, ACS springs to lower it for that more aggressive look and you'll need to Change those fog lights to LEDs

Thank God you avoided buying a very similar one to that but with red leather interior. It seems the BMW red leather makes owners a bit nutty.

Welcome!!!

Difference is a hundred quid for what is essentially a software tweak.

Doh, forgot those - probably cos mine don't work (manually shifting with stick or paddles in mine results in 'stuttering' between 1700-1900rpm)

Cheers ...
Car came with the following good or bad extras?
Xenon and adaptive headlights....Electric seats.... Pro media with bigger screen ... reversing camera and heated steering wheel lol.
Sadly no split rear seats though which is annoying
