Question re: 18" VMR fitment on F30

Hey there, my E90 328 was just totaled and by all accounts I'll be upgrading to a F30 335i m-sport. My question is will my summer wheels fit? They are 18x8.5 ET35 front, 18x9.5 ET33 rear. My concern is that the offset on the rears will be too low.
Really hoping these will mount up and not look super goofy

They will mount. But the tires are the wrong size. F3x tires are one size larger (in profile) than E9x tires. The wheels are identical in size, and almost the same in offset.

For instance E9x sport package tires are 225/40R18 and 255/35R18 (on 8" and 8.5" wheels), while the F3x are 225/45R18 and 255/40R18.

Awesome, thanks guys. Yeah I noticed the tire profile was different. Kind of a bummer but I had to replace the rear tires anyways so it's not the end of the world. Just wanted to make sure the offset would work ok

I figured as much... It's tough to say what I'll think of that, but the tires are mounted up so I guess we'll see come summer time.

id definitely try to fit it when summer comes if i were you. heck, id even try just one now (even though its winter for you now) just to see how it'll look. the current tires will be slightly short but youll be able to gauge how itll fit. now may be the time to invest in proper tires for summer too since prices should be good.

I'll be mounting the stock summers on there that came on the vehicle, so it will be all OEM sizing
