When are we likely to see fitted pics?
I know what you mean buddy. Well my car doesnt arrive until March. I have a lip coming to me on monday which i dont mind selling if someone wants it as we can order more. Other than that a forum member has offered to bring his car so we can 'test fit' the items

The minimum from the first company offering the lip, spoiler, grille, wing mirror covers was 5 items but i might be able to get that to 3.

And the minimum for the second company with the diffuser and side sills was 3

Found a link for a US site that has the proper mirror parts in CF, dunno if they ship to UK, but here you go if you want to try:

http://www.autotecknic.com/ProductDe...ctCode=BM-0149

And here's the thread about them:

Right speaking with suppliers they are saying i can get the full set which includes - front lip, diffuser, side sill skirts and spoiler for £1250 all in, but they need a quantity of two full sets.

Is anybody interested in this?

If some people are interested in different parts which can make up a full order we can also do it that way.

Okay nice. And you will be paying me and then i will send the payment to the company in full direct. Is that okay with you? i will be paying through a credit card also so we have better protection if anything goes wrong which it shouldnt lol

I will amend the first post to the parties which are interested

Amaar please don't take this the wrong way but in other group buys I have seen the purchasers have all paid the seller direct ,this protects everyone from any fraud and saves you the hassle of dealing with people complaining to you when they should be directing their complaint(not that I hope there is) at the seller....can you see my point?
Does anyone else think I'm right in showing my concern?

no offence intended Amaar

Hi,

I want to wait until my car arrives before I order anything, so I'm gonna take my name off the list for ordering anything - sorry.

You are correct mate. Although I have seen it done both ways tbh.

I used to organise all the group buys on another forum and generally asked everyone to pay either deposits or the full sum to the supplier direct.

The benefit I received from organising these group buys was a slightly larger discount on the items than everyone else for initiating and doing all the work negotiating deals, etc.

Thats totaly fine to show concern. It was what the company had told me to pay them full directly. I believe this is because they want to send all the items to one address (i.e mine) due to the expensive costs of shipping induvidually.

I can ask for you to pay the seller direct? But the cost per item may rise.

Also if you are wondering how the items will get to you. I have logistics through the family business which we have a shipping company who charges a flat rate per item if they are in the weight and dimensions. I have taken all this into consideration and set the prices for the parts including this.

Im not trying to scam anyone lol if u want to check my background on civinfo you can see i am a reputable forum member and have sold lots of parts before

I still want the front splitter and am happy to send payment direct as long as things don't get too pricey

I plan to meet amaar hopefully soon and will happily post my thoughts about him if you guys want feedback! Also amaar will probably invite me to his house, so there is reassurance there that things will be above board...

I'm also a tt, rs246, mr2roc forum member with hopefully decent feedback and posts to justify my words as well.

Not that i can see of. First impressions are that they look really good with a high quality finish, really light and well made.

Any pics of these fitted yet? Would be keen to see them fitted and in person. My concern with these is they might wave at some points
