To troubleshoot at the time, I switched to Map2 and then Map1, all Maps had the same problem. Once I filled up again, I blended my 91oct with enough E85 (roughly 15%) to get to 93oct so I could run Map2. Once I did this, all problems went away...this applies to Map1 as well. In the future, if I would like to run Map7 again, I'll have to fill up with 100% (traditional) 100oct.
At what rpm did the engine start to display this behavior?

Always between 3400-5000rpm, but *usually* around 4100-4800rpm

Did you install flex-fuel wires? I didn't get any problem when I ran map7 with 50% E85 on my stock n26. However, Terry pointed out there's some undesirable overboost after seeing my datalogs, and told me to wait till the solenoid is controlled. So I am going to stay on map2 till then.

By the way, the huge delay I see between boost and target curves on datalogs due to lack of solenoid control makes my butt really get excited about the improvement that will come when the beta is over....and the answer to that is pretty much written on the top of this thread!

Is your car an AT or MT? What gears does it do it in?

It did it in all gears as far as I can remember, and to answer another post, yes I have the flex fuel wires installed as well.

The n26 has electric wastegate (solenoid). BMS is working on trying to be able to control this to be able to turn the boost up more. N26 motors are limited right now due to no pneumatic wastegate.

Yeah there are a small percentage of early 2013 builds that have the N20 w/ electronic wastegate, but the great majority of 2013 builds are N26's with the electronic wastegate. Correct me if I'm wrong!

Haha, I think we are just going to have to wait for someone to gain wastegate control, just keep your fingers crossed with BMS

At this point, most N20's are now outfitted with the electronic wastegate.

My car has had stage 1 since lat Feb. Fantastic. The car has the electronic waste gate, so the connector is wrapped up & sits with the control box.

I'm very happy to sit and wait for stage 2 to come out of beta before upgrading.
Currently, stage 1 is ample for me, but it would be nice to upgrade as well.

I'm having this exact same issue right now! It's not every gear/every time I go WOT, but it's pretty damn close. Did you ever try this with pure 100 octane rather than a mix of 91/E85? I might do that once my tank has been drained some more if you had better luck with actual 100 octane.
