Excellent work! The interior work is my favorite part of this build. I wish I had that skill! Also, how difficult was it to swap on the mirror covers? Im thinking about doing mine soon.

The mirrors are fairly easy to do...I looked at a youtube video and just followed what they did...

Thanks for showing the difference in size. I also bought royal blue on both sizes and they are identical color. I wonder if the darker one was mislabeled?

The front seats take FOREVER to do, and there are some tricky contours when trying to hide the tail of the tread afterwards. For the front seats you'll want to disconnect the battery before removing the electrical connector under the seat (remove the four torx bolts holding the seat down first since you'll need to slide the seats to get to them, and recline the back enough so you can get to the end of the bolster stitching) or you'll get a passenger restraint system code/error the next time you turn on the ignition (even if you disconnect it with the car off). I've been using my Schwaben to just clear the code since getting to the battery in an F31 is a lot more cumbersome. |

My car is at the shop right now getting a 335 exhaust put on...should be picking it up this afternoon. Maybe this weekend, I will pull a seat out and do it. Once a seat starts, I have to finish before I can drive it again! Just a matter of finding the time to remove it.

Added some color to the front of the car today with a little vinyl...I normally hate vinyl, but this is innocuous enough.
Probably will end up going with a CF M Performance front lip...that will round out the front end.

not gonna lie. those red bars are ugly. sorry. i dont know why people like to draw attention to them. you mod your cars very clean, this is a distraction IMO.
Instead of the cookie cutter mperformance lip (i know i have one too), have you thought about the other CF options out there?

FWIW, they don't stand out as much as the picture indicates. I was shocked how bold they were when I looked at the pictures. I had the varis style CF lip and sold it recently...I plan on painting the bottom lip EBII and only having the splitters in CF...or just using CF splitters and not having the bottom lip at all. That is why I haven't put one on yet..I can't make up my mind.

Finally found a diffuser I love...I just ordered this one...we will see how the fitment is when I get it, but the manufacture says I do not have to remove the bumper for install...plus I love how aggressive it is! Whenever I get it, I will post pics and a review.

It is made by a place called EuroHaus... Never heard of them, but they seem to have good reviews and the pictures of the diffuser are stellar. Plus I like having unique items. Hopefully the fitment will be spot on as they attest to...time will tell.

looks like you need to go with quad exhaust with that diffuser. should be a nice compliment to the rest of your CF goodies.

Yep, I was debating quad exhaust anyway...so this made my decision for me...I installed the 335 exhaust last week, so now I just need quad tips.

But you are correct, see where the exit pipes line up with the diffusor openings first, then buy the tips and be ready to play with the exit pipes.

it would be easy if the pipes line up on the inner openings, then we can just add pipes to the outer side, I want to use two additional M-performance tips.

That is exactly how I am hoping they line up...on the inside then I can use the tips I posted...or centered...but we shall see. The diffuser is being shipped today...so hopefully I will have it next week. Once I get tracking I will have a better idea.

OK, I received the diffuser this morning...
I did NOT have to remove the bumper. I give fitment a solid 9.5/10 Below the reflectors sticks out a little more than I think it should, but the tabs are solidly in the slots. The tips need to be adjusted and I am going to add quad tips. Overall I am very happy with it....The install was as advertised...easy. It is not the same M performance diffuser that is out there...so it is a little different. Not quite as aggressive as I wanted or the original pictures looked like. I will get better pictures when the sun comes out and I clean my car...went on a road trip this past weekend so it is filthy.
