Mate what are your thoughts going to the 528? I figured there might be a few bargains around for this model given it'll be EOP soon, and I still can't think of what I'd like to trade my 328i for...

Keep in mind though mine is optioned with just about everything. The thing that pissed me off more than anything in the 3 was the "quality" of the leather. It is shockingly bad! This has been solved by optioning the Nappa ventilated seats The overall ( I hate use the term) quality, is just better in the 5. It's more quiet, it's more refined and I just like it so much more than the 3. I looked at all the rivals and none, in my humble opinion, were as good in just about any comparison as the 5. The only thing I would have bought, and I had one on "order" with a mate of mine, was the Mustand GT350 and as soon as I was told we weren't getting them I started looking again. There were only two downsides I noticed when I first got into it. Compared to the 3 it was the size of it, it was like a boat. Now I am used to it I can't ever imagine going back to a 3. The second thing is the lag from a jump seems slightly worse and this is obviously because of the weight. Again, you get used to it though. Even though the share the same design/look they really are vastly different. Fuel consumption seems worse as well, don't ask me for facts though, I just seem to fill it up more often. I don't really care though is fuel is in my salary package If you take one for a drive you need to have it for a while just to get over the shear size different first! Good luck mate. H |

BTW, I can't imagine a "bargain" being available as they will need to be ordered. You never know though.
I got around 15% off list with mine. |
