While there are some over the top BMWs and other cars on the American roads, most cars are OEM.

It took something like 2 seconds on google to find a site dedicated to UK cars that are heavily modified, so it seems like some folks like to modify their cars no matter where they happen to live.

Yes we have a high number of Chav's in society, however we make them know just how badly they fail.

If someone posted on here with them, they would need a thick skin.

All she needs now is an M badge

Seriously, I wouldn't mod an M5 or any other BMW. But people have been screwing with cars since the beginning of time. One persons "that's cool" is another persons "what the **** was he thinking". That's just how it is.

So, be prepared to shrug your shoulders again. Another improperly modified car will be coming into your vision soon. Sad, but true.

I quite like it, tbh I'd rather see things like this being posted then the usual "looks what car I'm getting on lease" in the UK section lol.

Looks abit boring, i think OEM is more aggressive and the whole design has just gone backwards. It looks like a M5 replica now!

In the UK there is a severe penalty from Insurers for car modification that is why it is not so popular. Interestingly enough the same insurance company on another EU market doesn't care about modification. Why is it so different in here where I have to inform those ...... that I changed my grill to a different colour than a factory one ( which costs about £50 and has no influence on anything apart from appearance).

That's what AC Schnitzer aim for. Like a BMW but more. Unfortunately the AC Schnitzer importer there, BMW Calgary, seems to have had a change of heart!
