Santa's coming early this year

Just received an email from my CA confirming my PCD will be on December 19th. This is my first BMW and I can't wait to get behind the wheel and drive it home. The wait is going to be painful but I'm hoping the experience in Spartanburg will make up for it. I just hope no one in my family is expecting anything too big under the tree this year.

I live in Brick and work in Lakewood.
Ive only seen one other 435 in our neck of the woods and I dont think he was local anyway.

You will have a blast doing PCD. MY gf had zero interest in going with me to South Carolina when I did PCD in August but we both had a blast.....VIP treatment the entire time there.

I ordered it with the 400m wheels. I'm going to switch over to winter tires when I get the car and keep the 400m's for winter only. It's a lease so I'm going to put the summers in storage and put them back on when I return the car. When spring time rolls around, I'm either going to pick up a set of 403m or 442m. I'll be sure to post some pictures when I pick it up.

Overrated & not needed! But in all seriousness, (also living in the northeast) I think awd is blown out of proportion and used as a security blanket. I prefer the fun I have w/ rwd for 7 months April-October over the 3 months December-February when awd may actually be useful. And even then, I use Blizzaks. Not starting a rwd vs awd debate, but i think the OP will be just fine w/ his winter tires.
