With your experiance, I plan to use on my F32 Coupe 435d xDrive at the rear 10x20 et 40 with 275/30/20 tires. Does this fit 100% without any rubbering, original chamber, fully loaded car and trunk?

Your ride height is the most important with this offset, 10 +40 is semi-aggressive.
At stock height it'll work, with a mild drop it should be ok, but if you plan on tucking tires you'll want to run a +45 to avoid any rubbing with no camber and a fully loaded car.
