Start / Stop function or how to change value

Hi folk
The start / stop function annoys me. i want to switch this function off. I have the OBD cable, but I don't know where and with which software it can be done.
It would be interesting to know where and which features can be changed.
There is a detailed list with the most common parameters for programming.

E-Sys is one option, Bimmercode is far more user friendly.

I started with E-Sys before Bimmer Code was out and made most of my changes.
I have now moved to Bimmer Code and YES it is much more user friendly.
