How to upgrade 2013 335 xDrive Suspension
Thanks for everyone's help in resolving that my soon to be delivered 335 xDrive Sport line will NOT have the sports suspension- and I didn't order the adjustable suspension option because the dealer told me I would get the sports suspension-very frustrating.
I want the car to handle very well- not to track but I like a firm handling car with minimal understeer. What options do I have to upgrade the suspension other than re-ordering the car with the adaptive suspension? Sway bars? Springs? Hoping to keep the cost reasonable. Thanks in advance for your input! |

I am in the same proverbial boat as my vehicle is already on a vessel going to the US-West Coast. Ordered my 2013 335i xDrive Sport Line without ZDH Dynamic Handling Package without the benefit of knowing at the order time that 704 Sport Suspension will be deleted from the build. Learned the details after my own research.
BMW product specialist confirmed that ZDH Dynamic Handling Package cannot be installed at the VPC. |

xdrive isnt the best of bmw's suspensions, should've went with a RWD. your car sits higher than rwd and has more bodyroll
to be honest only a set of coilovers or springs / shocks will benefit you. also the m performance suspension is only for RWD |

Plus one on this. Even though I don't believe I will ever out drive the car it will be nice to know there are options. Maybe future BMW Performance or Dianan eventually.?.

Springs are cheap and easy, springs and shocks if you want more. It will handle very well. I did I Eibach springs on my e90, totally changed the car. 4 years no issues. Lower is better for me it just feels more planted. I would also add Bilsteins or Koni, with this your suspension will better than an I car with the M adaptive IMO.
