WAIT! There is an early copy of the Installation Instructions that states:

Copy the contents of the "C:\ESysData\psdzdata\swe" folder into the "C:\ESysData\SWE" folder.

This step is NOT necessary.

All you need to do is copy the 47.4 PSdZData folder into the C:\ESysData folder. That's it.

If you need me to call you, just send me a PM with your cell. I'll get your PM on my phone and call you.

How long will it take to actually recode the car?
*Tire pressure + temperature in TPMS
*dvd in motion
*close windows and mirrors upon lock
*Change ringtones

I am headed outside to try this now..

You need a DCAN Cable, NCS Expert, and the ISTA/P SP-Daten files. It is no where near as easy as coding with E-Sys.

I thought the Combox only had two ring choices built-in, and then if you coded INBAND_RINGING, it used whatever you phone was using.

The weatherband is definitely in a different place. I don't remember exactly where but you can go the top level of the HU_CIC module and search for "Radio" it was the third or fourth thing that came up on a search. Ringtone is also in a different place (I think its in the Combobox but can't recall)

Does anyone know if it's possible to change the colours of the rectangular info panels at top and bottom right of the nav map screen (the ones that have the time, eta, distance to go, etc)?

The black text on grey background is a pretty poor combination for readability, and I find them quite difficult to read on a bright day.

If you have a Combox, it will be in CMB_MEDIA ECU.
