I think it was standard on the xdrive models here in Canada. Could be wrong, but I had it on both my cars (E92) and didn't have any specific package for it.

Also mandatory over here in the Netherlands. But it wont be checked by the autorities, only after 3 years the car has to be checked, and then they have to work

in Canada, xDrive models get the headlight washers as standard also, headlight washers are "OFF" when auto headlamp switch is in OFF position (12 o'clock) |

I have a 2013 luxury x-drive premium pkg with xenons and no light washers. My 2011 and 2008 E90's had them.

Mine does have the self levelling. I don't quite understand your second sentence. Why is it a necessity to have headlight washers if you have xenons in european countries?

My 2009 328i xDrive E90 had headlamp washer, but my current 2013 335i xDrive F30 does not have the headlamp washer. BMW Canada always remove features... Another feature that is missing in my current 335i is the storage net behind the front seats.

Not anymore it seems. My F31 does not have headlight washers despite being an x drive. This is my first x drive BMW (both 5 and 3 series) without the washers.

Same here, had the headlight washers on my old E90 328i xDrive, but sadly not on my current F30. I agree with one of the posters above that they should be mandatory with xenons as they don't generate the heat that halogens do. I noticed a few times this past winter that ice an snow built up on them when driving in winter storms.

My 2013 does not have the nets either, but neither did my 2011 328. My 2008 did have them. One of the items removed that annoys me the most is the "all" button to control both sides of the dual climate control with the drivers side controller.
