Thats just the M Performance exhaust that can be purchased from any BMW dealer.

You can use this one. There is also some BMWs dealer that sell them on ebay for the same price.
I got mine use from a member here for $600. I just got my car back from the dealer with the MPPK done and it is amazing how it runs and the engine sounds really good now with the new air box. Im installing the MPE tomorrow.

Kelp in mind, the mic is located close to the exhaust. With all the sound proofing BMW incorporates into their newer vehicles, the noise won't be nearly as noticeable from the cockpit, especially with the windows up.

Still though, mppk+mpe is an amazing OEM setup that's definitely worth the extra coin. There's peace of mind knowing it's a direct, warrantied upgrade of the already stout N55.

It's been said that the power delivery falls off a cliff at ~6500. This may be the case in a non-mppk 335/435. I just know that going WOT through the gears in "full AT" mode with my recalibrated ppk ECU, it pulls to redline, then bangs out the next gear seamlessly. I don't care what dyno graphs might say. My butt dyno detects no drop in power up top.

Is your MP exhaust ending with 339 or 340?
