Remove under-seat woofer from enclosure

Regarding the newer under-seat woofer speakers where it is glued (no screws) into the enclosure housing (from 2014 onwards), has anyone managed to remove from the housing? If so...HOW??

I'm having lots of trouble, if I put anymore pressure its going to break

Cheers for any help

Search and you will find out that you have to pry the woofer out quite hard all around...

Thanks for posting this - I am just about to do the same. I took them out yesterday and thought I would find screwed in units, but mine are also glued. I am just heading out to the garage to try the 'prising' out method. Just hope I dont break anything!

Edit:
All done - I found that a metal prying tool and a flat head screwdriver combo worked well. Still a bit off putting as I kept thinking the enclosure was going to break - but all held together fine.

SWS Earthquakes now in - ready to be amped up when I get the time.

Yes, heart was beating hard, when the enclosure began bending and creaking as I used more and more force. :0)
