Rear LED light water condensation

I don’t want to buy a new unit. My warranty is over, so i need some home fixing method.

Which light are we talking about here? The inner brake lights have a TSB out on them, I had mine replaced last time I was at the dealer for water collecting in them.

Remove the light, take the seal out, flip it round, put it back in, done.

I have the same problem, I threw some "silica packs" in an inconspicuous location, inside the taillight housing and not a drip of moisture since. Try it, you'll be surprise..

How often do you have to replace the pack?

^what he said. You need to dry it out before swapping the seal. Clean the seal as that might have moisture on it too.

Butyl rubber glue tape is cheap anyway so if the seal is gone buy some or buy a new seal.
