Got a GT. NOW with pictures

Really enjoying the car with the extra space. I have not really opened it up yet still being gentle with it. I was going to get one in Estoril Blue and love that color but thought it was a little too much for me. What do you guys think about painting the grill black and removing the decals on the back? If any one cares the tints are 35% in front 20% in back.

And use the button "Insert Image" (at first I tried just to past the link directly on the text, but it didn't work).

Highly likely its the fault of the browser you are using. Try switching to a new release of a mainstream browser like Chrome or Explorer.

If thats not it, you may be behind some sort of secure network that is not allowing transmission of attachments. Are you sending from the office?

Firefox is by far the least compatible of the big browsers these days. Give Chrome a shot at posting pics.

Very nice, I have a 335i GT coming in in the next day or two in the exact same colours. Only visual difference is the 19" wheels.

Congrats. Would be nice if they offered 19s on the 328. I dont see a reason not to.

I personally like the original look of the chrome+angel day running lights - but the black grill is a matter of taste and you can see an example and instructions here

I actually went for the full black mirror caps - I think they look good with the tinted windows... (just a thought)

Leave the decals, I wish I had the Xdrive one! - that unless you chose the "316"

Nice car mate

I like the gloss black kidney grills. On your car it will tie into the window trim and the boomerang on the fender, plus there's no other chrome / bright silver trim work. Give it a shot with the vinyl as per the link above, and if you don't like it you can peel it off.

My vote is always to remove the badges from the trunk - especially on the GT, it's a little busy back there. No one is judging you based on whether or not you have an xDrive badge, and in my opinion it looks cleaner without.

I have to find someone to do the grill. I dont think i can do it on my own. As for the badges i am going to take off the xdrive what do you think about just leaving the GT and taking off the 328 as well?

You might be surprised at your abilities, vinyl is very easy to work with and cheap.

I like the badge idea of leaving GT on there, subtle and cleaner but still indicates that it's something unique.
