BMW Recall Issued on 10 Aug 2014
USA Today (and others) today carried the recall annoucement by BMW: http://www.usatoday.com/story/money/...ecall/7546181/ regarding bolts holding the housing for the variable camshaft timing unit can loosen or break, causing the engine to go into "safe mode," where engine performance is limited. The "check engine" or "service engine soon" light also will illuminate
It only affects 2010- 2012 year models. Here is the link for US owners to check your VIN for the recall: http://www.bmwusa.com/standard/conte...er/recall.aspx |

While you're at it, would you mind reading me the stock market indices (S&P, NASDAQ) from that 10 Aug 2014 issue of USA Today?
Much appreciated. |
