Do you hate calling the BMW Call Center?

Do you hate having to call the BMW Call Center for order status on your vehicle?

Are you like me, and call every hour? Sometimes every 30 minutes? Well, I have some great news for you!!!

Create the following contact on your iPhone, and save it as BMW Order Status.

For Look Up By Production Order Number:

Code:
18008311117,,2,,,1234567,,1
NOTE: Make sure to change 1234567 to your production number when putting it in your contact
  • each comma's represent a 3 second pause
  • 2 gives the option for vehicle order status
  • 1234567 represets Production Order Number
  • 1 lets them know it's a production order number, not a VIN


Now you can just call this contact, and it will give you the production status, without the need for you to fumble typing it in, or memorize any numbers.

This will save you lots of time!

good tip. for mine i've actually been doing fine with just 2 commas for the first 2 pauses and 1 comma for the last pause. you can save even a few more seconds...

I tried that before, sometimes the call center is laggy. So it hits the buttons too quickly. But yeah, 2 comma and 1 comma works majority of the time.

Nice! I thought about doing this so thanks for doing the leg work. My 2016 340i xdrive msport (estoril blue/saddle) is still "scheduled for production" unfortunately. This will be my third time ordering a 3 series and my second f30. I'm 40 years old with 3 kids yet I still can't seem to be patient waiting.

congrats...mine & someone else had a SA build. The carrier is due in port late Thurs...took around 2 months+ from a production build, transport & dealer arrival (for me..sometime next week or so)..I think some people took 3 months...

doesnt seem to work anymore....first options are now "when you hear what you want to do just say it"

Even though it allows you to speak your selection, you can also enter your selection manually with the keypad.

weird, does nothing for me when i press 2

edit: looks like it was a wifi calling issue

Interesting, I have AT&T WiFi calling turn on, and it works fine for me. What carrier do you have?
