150bhp and 250kg. Great in a straight line, useless when you come to a bend.

Try a modern GSXR. I had a K7 1000 which was 176bhp at the rear wheel and weighed in at under 200kg wet.

Now THAT was fast
Try an S1000RR

196 bhp....
Been looking

Summer is coming

Yes but just be careful where you use all that performance! An experienced biker was clocked in the Highlands of Scotland doing 149mph and, despite the fact he didn't kill, injure or even inconvenience anybody, his punishment was 4 months in prison and a 5-year ban.

Completely disproportionate to the crime IMO but in some parts of the UK at least it seems that high speed is being deemed by definition to be dangerous driving and that in turn opens-up the possibility of a custodial sentence (probably in Scotland to judge by the case law).

The UK roads are too congested and full of plod with cameras.
Speeding here will soon be so outlawed that "M" cars will become totally useless.
The fact you have too many coppers around your area is a most unfortunate reason to not want to own an M car.

Have no problem in north Wilts, hardly see any coppers and they scrapped the Wiltshire Safety Camera partnership as well as removed fixed speed cameras a few years back.

Not that I ever speed, of course.

Just don't let your guard down, we did not have any "scammy Vans or plod" hiding up lay-bys, we do now.
They prefer to nick speeders rather than nick criminals it's sooo much easier.
