Yes, and more old drunks than old doctors so I think we should have another round.

Interesting that BMW of Austin made the list, with just the 1 dealership in town. BMW of San Antonio didn't, but that's no surprise. Houston and Dallas have multiple dealerships in their metro areas, but not one of them got in the list. Guess that's why even though I live in the SA area, I got my new F30 335i from BMW of Austin!

I am suprised they even made it to the list, if you google them all you can find about them is complaints

but the guy just bought a Lamborghini dealership in downtown Chi so they might like him
They lost my business over $188. I have never, ever been disrespected by a local business such as them. I am not the only one- there was a female customer picking up her $70,000 X5 who was ready to throw her kid's Recaro seat through the window in the service waiting area for a bogus $50 charge. The collision center, a different business entirely, couldn't align my car using this dealer's equipment. They said they did the best they could and didn't own a proper BMW alignment machine because it costs too much. Also, they didn't have the specs for my model of vehicle because it was so new. When they realized the software wasn't coming, they simply aligned my vehicle using a different model.

You know all those discussions that go on here and on other forums about how much your dealer wants you to give him 10s on the survey? This is why. The only thing this award indicates is which dealers were the most successful at convincing their customers to give them 10s on the survey no matter what.

Nope! Actually Lambo is a VW brand. They ship the V10 Audi engine from Germany to Italy, and I think I remember that the Gallardo chassis comes from Germany too.

Let me get this straight - you just dug up a 3 year old thread so you could bitch about your dealer? I think we can all understand why they aren't willing to work with you...

My dealer was #1. I've not been in yet for service, but I'm not surprised. After I picked up the car I discovered that the mechanical key wouldn't go into the driver's door lock. It's an hour plus drive to him, and my schedule made it inconvenient to drive there to get it fixed. Without my even asking the service manager offered to have someone come pick up my car and return it, even leaving me a loaner if I wished. I didn't need to, though, as the day before they were scheduled to pick up the car the temperature went above freezing for the first time in a month and the key worked. I figured that water must have got in the lock when they washed the car the morning of delivery, and it froze when they put it in the lot on that 20 degree day.
BTW, while I gave my salesman all 10s I didn't give the F&I manager all tens, because I though he was too aggressive trying to sell me add-ons.
Sales volume would not enter the equation. Right now Stratham BMW has a total of 103 2016 models in stock. BMW of Boston has 427.
