Oil, Trans and other service schedule for N55 335i

I'm currently Stage 2 Bm3 tuned and I'm at 76K miles at the moment. Laser Iridium NGK One Step Colder spark plugs

Since I'm tuned, how often would you guys change your Oil and transmission oil (drain and fill? or completely change)

Where would I find the maintenance schedule for my car? I don't have the manual

I think the manual is in your cars idrive.

Tune doesn't mean you need to change it sooner. It's the operating environment that matters (ex, Track vs non-track).

ATF every 50k-75k miles.
Oil just follow lesser of 1 yr or 70k miles but use LL01 or LL04 as they will provide you with greater oil film thickness.
