F30 Oil Service

Hi all, adding into a more specific forum.

My F30 2016 is due a service but recently had a lot of conflicting information regarding oil.

Previously had Castrol edge 5W30 (conforms to LL-04) but now unsure whether to change to Shell or even possibly MOBIL SUPER 3000 XE1 5W30 engine oil

Any suggestions? What is everyone else running? Vehicle is on approx 55000 miles.
Vehicle is serviced annually and this year will also consider the fuel filter also - any thoughts on whether this is worth replacing as BMW say it’s not needed

Thanks

Flip a coin but Mobil Super is considered a mid-tier product compared to Mobil 1 in the US.
