I plan on replacing my exhaust but I do worry about voiding the warranty.

Unless you upgrade to the BMW performance exhaust. Otherwise wait till your warranty expires.

I've had Remus on 2 of my E90 cars from new also my current F30 what the hell you worried about its a muffler
