Just a quick one for the Comfort Access in action

I realised my rear-view mirror comes with a white light cover at the centre bottom, i thought it's only for those order security alarm, am I correct? or they come in standard now???

I checked the F30 next to mine, and it doesn't come with it.

how did you get the all black front grills? Is that a M performance one you got separately from your dealer?

I asked my dealer to supply me the performer black grille for free after I signed the documents, the marked up $399 is remarkable before GST, LCT, stamp duty bs. I also keep the chrome grille

I ordered in early April and specify the delivery in late August/September as my accord contract will finish in October. So need to payout now 2 months early. Capital finance charged nicely one month penalty. If I checked early, I should ask for October delivery. Too late now :-)

In summary, production date was on 3 June at Welt Factory in Munich, two months later shipped from
Germany via South Africa to Sydney.

Will look awesome with the tint. I really like the look of the wagon. You got adaptive suspension ? Did you measure your heights all round? (From bottom of rim to guard edge ) grats and enjoy it I like my 3 more than the X5

My car only comes with standard m sport suspension. Haven't organised the tint and opticoat this week but probably next week.

Think so. It is faster response for zoom in/out NBT. Need to test the adaptive headlight and high beam assist

hate to setup mobile office to show sms, emails, calendar on iphone 5. Blackberry just showed flawlessly.... will give another go for the iPhone 5 today.

Must be related to iDrive not liking alerting style to banner, need to change to alert mode.

I have found i cant get emails to work with my iphone 5 but sms are ok

You gave me quite a few advices in March. Thanks too.

I like the car so much, but very careful to adjust the driving. The adaptive headlights are awesome and love the NBT professional. Will spend more time tomorrow to master the Bluetooth office!

still no luck on email display using iPhone 5, but got the sms working.

also realised i can charge my iPad 3 (Retina) using USB port, which is a plus and i will wisely use it on the road trip.

If you kill the mail app on your iPhone (through the multi tasking menu) before turning your car on, your emails should then come through to the iDrive office menu as they are received.

It's not worth the trouble KT!

IMO the office function is a joke and BMW should be ashamed of it. i seriously hope they bring out some sort of update soon so you don't have to turn the mail app on your iPhone off every bloody time you get into the car.

i think it's related to iOS, coz my Blackberry work phone works ok straight away for emails and SMS...

anyway, i prefer to look at my phone on emails, and focus my eyes forward rather reading annoying "i want the answer now" emails... :-)

It is related to iOS mate, that's the point.

I would argue, and I don't have emperical evidence to support it, there are enough people throughout the world who have iPhones that BMW would be able to support iOS without all the crap you have to go through to get it to work.

I'm was thinking of getting a Galaxy S4 and from what I understand there are just as many issues with Android.

It seems as though the only way around it is to get a Blackberry and I shan't be doing that.

And, to make it worse the only click in adapter you can buy for our cars fits an iPhone!

Buggered every way!
