10mm hub rings?

I bought a pretty inexpensive set of wheels to mount on my winter tires for the winter and they came with 10mm hub rings.

Last spring, while taking them off to put on the summer tires, I accidentally broke one of the hub rings. Is there a place where I can go to buy a replacement?

I tried contacting the original vendor and they didn't have them.

Are you referring to the adapter rings to downsize the hub bore to 72.56mm? you'll need to know the outer and inner diameter and should be able to order from tire rack.
