Option1
$58205
48mth lease at 20K for $760/month but I need to cough up $6200 due on delivery. (only 3 payments of my current lease, Prep/Trans, 1st Pay and Security, Tire/Air Tax, PPSA)

Option2
$59996
48mth lease at 20K for $804/month and $4205 due on delivery. (Prep/Trans, Tire/Air Tax, 1st Pay, Security, PPSA)

Option3
$60300
48mth lease at 20K for $812/month and $3870 due on delivery. (3 lease payments of $600, Tire/Air Tax, 1st Pay, Security, PPSA)

From a quick glance, it looks like they are just playing with the monthly payments and what's due on delivery. I don't think that I'm off the hook for any of my 6 remaining payments of $600. Let me know if they are just f***ing with me and if so, then I can tell them to forget it and only hear from in Dec.
I got your PM and facts & figures as provided by you. I have responded and correctly calculated and broken down the dealer's quote.

In all, I stand by my feeling this proposed deal sucks big time. Check your PM

The current deal on the MY17 340/440 sucks, 46% residual is retarded. This is below the residual of a MY16 2-3 months ago.

Is this residual provided by bmwfs / dealer (48 months) ? what is the interest rate for 48 months ?

The interest rate is 4.9% per BMW website and the residual was from a dealers configurator and also indicated by overkill. Overkills residual from sales so that would be from BMWFS.
The residuals in the US are much higher yet their sales in the US are plunging and BMW sales in Canada are growing. BMW Canada is basically hiding the total price to consumers with absurdly low residuals. They can't raise the MSRP quickly enough to cover the Canadian dollar so I believe that they are using residuals to make up for it.

Hey I'm debating between a used 2015 335i Performance Edition and a MY2017 with M packages I and II depending on what kind of discount I can get. Has anyone gotten, or heard of, someone getting a MY2017 for 7% under invoice?

MY2017 just came out. Typical discount you should be looking at would be about 6% off the configured msrp. There are no factory credit as they are still doing the MY2016 clearance right now. As a matter of fact, all dealers across Canada is doing this 3 days special factory promo by offering a bit more credit allowance on the factory side. For the 3 series, an extra $1000 on top of the current month $2000. But as usual, dealers will tend to blend in this into the grand total discount, therefore, you really have to know what you should aim for during negotiation. For example, you tell dealer I want $3000 factory credit + 7.5% off the configured MSRP.

Time is on my side so I think I will wait until the factory incentives are out for the MY2017 and go from there... thanks Bobblehead.

I have one other question maybe you can answer. When I configure a 2017 340i XDrive and I pick the MPerformance Package with the 19 M Double Spoke Style 442m instead of the 19"M Star Spoke Style 403M the price goes up by $400.00 even though both rims say $0 additional costs. The sales person could not explain to me why it went up $400.00. I suggested it was because of the different tire sizes but he said that if that was the case it should not be advertised as a $0 upgrade. Any thoughts?

Standard wheel is 442M - M package will add $1900

If you opt for the 403M wheel - M package will be lowered by $400 to $1500.

If I looked at the ordering guide which was published back in July 2016. The latter will not have any price changes suggested when ordering this 403M. So, in other words, BMW Canada made the change on its own without notification. That's the best way of putting it.

I see... so what you are saying is that if you get the 403M wheel, you get a $400.00 rebate. Thanks Bobblehead.

442m wheels are bi-Color which pretty well justifies for a bit of higher price

I agree that they look much better but I think I am going to stick with the 403M for winter and get the 20" 405M for summer.

I like 442Ms and see a lot of them out here but would rather put the money towards 20s instead of another set of 19s for the winter.
