I am in the same position...been in contact with a few dealers on that car and the best price I could get was 55,500 + 500 admin fee + tax + shipping....with 19k. Hoping to negotiate on a MY17 340 with PP I & II, enhanced & LEDs as well in next 6-8 months.

The best the dealer says they can do is $58900 CPO. They way I look at it is that it will cost me about 62K with taxes and admin fees with an interest rate of 3.9. If I wait until May/ June of next year I can possible get a MY2017 with PP I and II for 68K taxes in with an interest rate of 0.9/ 1.9. Unless the can drop the MY2015 to 52K, it's not worth it for me.

wow. $59K cpo. Better let the dealer keep the car as trophy.
For 3 series, interest rate would drop a lot sometimes in the mid summer months (July, typically) when they are preparing for the next MY. |

Is the 1.9% lease rate as good as it gets from BMW for the 3 series? Just checked bmw.ca and the lease rates for remaining '16's is 1.9% and 5.9% for 17's. It was 2.9% back in the spring.

0.9% has happened in the past but that's more like around Nov & Dec. BMW Canada has to assess how much inventory is leftover from across Canada and see if they need an extra push to get rid of the MY16.
For leasing, it may seem good, however, in Nov & Dec, the residual for the MY16 would be pretty bad. |

I thought the 0.9 came about in July of this year. Taxes and winter tires for the MY015 Performance addition is 65 K. Craziness! I'm going to hold out for the MY2017 in mineral grey with saddle brown interior, MP I and II and enhanced. Hoping to get it for around 67 K.

would you consider this one ? Manual tranny though. Car is in Vancouver It's my buddy's cousin trying to unload. It is a leased car in which you can assume it or simply buy it out now. I spoke to him about 3 weeks ago and he mentioned the buyout now is around $51K + taxes. If you are interested, then PM me and I can provide you with his contact info. |

I am looking for a manual. I spoke with your buddy's cousin via email a couple of weeks ago. At the time he mentioned that the buyout was about 58K which is high when you consider BC has two taxes (I'm in Calgary were we only have to pay GST). I was also concerned about the "H&R Sport Springs (lowers 0.75" front and 1.25" rear)" because of the warranty. I would definitely consider it if the interior wrap was removed exposing the piano black as well as the OEM Springs were replaced because I don't want it lowered.

Looking at these numbers i feel happy with the deal i got for my MPE.
0.9% 20000km 48months 0 down. Lease return protection plan (however they call it). All for $900 taxes in. Got it 28 Dec 2015. I will probably sell it when the new 5 series comes out, or when Jaguar F-Pace will wink at me twice. |

As for the lowering springs, just switch back to stock springs and do 4-wheel alignments to reset to factory spec should be no issue, IMO. |

In 2014, got a 335 I Xdrive from T&C for $802/mo leaes for 48 mo, 18k/year. Down was taxes and other initial charges around 4K. Buy back 25K. At that time it seemed like a good deal although I slso leased an X5 which helped with negotiations...

...and the dealers keep on scamming
http://wwwb.autotrader.ca/a/BMW/3+Se...howcpo=ShowCPO Yes, it only has 5k kms, but it's a 2 year old car with new MSRP of 65,900. Edmonton BMW have had 2 15 MPEs (1 new, 1 used) for several months on their site. The used one started at 63,900 and now down to 56,310....the best they would offer me was 55,500+500 admin way back in early August when it was 58k. The new one had 250kms until last 4 or so weeks now up to 1,300kms so looks like they are selling as used now for 57k. Out west, the scam all buyers with PDI/Frieght @ $3000. It just doesn't make any sense for these 15 MPEs at high 50's to low 60's...unless consumers are too stupid to pay their prices. |

If anyone wants a manual....this is the best deal I've seen on 15 MPE and trust me I've been doing detailed research since June. Might even be less buyout now if another payment has been applied. Definitely worth checking out. Lowering is not a big deal as long as the wheels are OE....nice looking ride. If anyone is looking at taking over a lease, I don't recommend doing pre-purchase inspection. Instead, I would suggest they do a lease end inspection....In my experience, the PPI is not worth it compared to lease end. Just my 2 cents.. |

Hey Seanhfx I dealt on the same 15 MPE in Edmonton. At the end of the day the best I could get was 58K CPO or 56K with the balance of the factory warranty until June 2019. I have been looking for a manual 15 MPE since the summer and I agree that the for 53K is the best one I've found so far. I plan to buy a used 15 MPE instead of taking over a lease. What kind of inspection would you recommend for someone in my situation?

Just traded in my 2012 335i Sedan and picked up the 2016 435i Gran Coupe
- Mineral Grey - Premium Package Enhanced - Driver Assist package - M Performance Package - No charge maintenance 4 years/80k - BMW Extended Warranty 6/160 Taxes and fees total was $72,142. Monthly payment of 968/month at 1.15%. Low finance rate was a BMW special, apparently. I know it's high but I get a lot more car and I was paying 3.99% interest for payments on my 2012. |

There is nothing wrong with PPI, I've done them many times. If you are buying a used one, then nothing wrong with it. But when leasing because of the nickle and diming at lease end, I have found lease end inspection to be more extensive. I do get weird looks though, but that doesn't matter to me. Good luck on getting a 15 MPE. If nothing comes up close to 50K, then I will bite the bullet on a MY17 with MPP 1 & 2. |

As everyone knows, the buyout is simply msrp @ bmwfs residual rate. In other words, the person is basically paying full retail anyway if buying it out, I really hate the dealer is marking up the buyout value by another 20% or more as they think the car is extremely rare and valuable . What's even worse is the arrogant behaviour of them as if they are the only dealer in the entire universe

Call Audi tell them you`re looking for an S4. Tell them to email you whatever offer they have. If it is lower than that MPE, show the email to your sales guy from BMW and ask to talk with the manager.
This is how i got my MPE. It all depends on how much time you wanna spend at the dealership. |
