I downloaded about 3% and then it stopped and told me I've exceeded my quota for download. I can pay 9.99 a month or wait 4 hours. Anyone else have this or find a way around it?

Hmm crap I've got this issue:

I'm on a fresh install of the latest Win10.
I downloaded the ISTA files and reran the install
no luck

---

Now I'm doing the above, but first, I cleaned up the registry entries as mentioned in the readme.

Both don't work. The screen loads, you can see the proper screen in the background, then it flashes back to the vin entry form and shows the above error
