Not to further annoy you, but you really, *really* want to try to mod this feature on if it is somehow deactivated for you in the US. Having the high beams on even when in traffic (automatically shadowing other vehicles) is very useful if you drive a lot at night. Even when in heavy traffic on dark roads I always get very good illumination of the road side to spot wildlife etc.
It is also very entertaining.

Hehe it's very entertaining and an awesome feature, one of my favorite options , but it doesn't work so well when it's foggy.

+1, I'm still impressed after 1 and a half year having the car. It really is a safety feature and doesn't ennoy other traffic. I'm glad to have chosen it

Best option I ticked too. Way ahead of the system I had on my E91 and I guess from the descriptions our colonial cousins have on their F3x.
