looking for a good lawyer for SSP speeder

They got me for 81 in a 75 on ssp in suffolk.
Anybody have a good attorney for speeders?

What town? Some towns will let you talk to the DA directly and plead your case without needing a lawyer. I did that in North Hills in Nassau. About 9-10 years ago I was stopped for 64 in a 35, talked to the DA and got it dropped down to a tailgating ticket. Cost me a couple hundred bucks plus court fees, but only got 3 points instead of 9.

Sad part is, I learned nothing. I still speed on the same road, though not as excessively.

Definitely this. Just talk to the DA. Have a sob story ready if possible but don't be too transparent. haha I don't know about paying a lawyer to deal with a speeding ticket. I take it the issue here is the points and money's not really a factor!?

Yeah all depends where on the southern state - if its in Nassau and you got 16 Cooper as your court... Theyll reduce charges without you even asking lol. Last time I went there DA called me up and before I even said anything "Okay so we're going to drop this to jaywalking, no points you pay a small fine and thats it"

Theyre just dying for money.

Edit: I said "drop" but I meant "reduce". sorry
