Experienced Body Shop

Does anyone have an experienced body shop they use in the NYC area? I got I'm a minor accident, some lady rammed into my passenger side door and front fender and they both will need to be replaced and painted. Any suggestions and/or advice is highly appreciated. I'll need the paint to match perfectly.. It's a Black Sapphire Metallic car.

Westfield Collision center in Westfield, NJ. it's owned by a family friend, and they do excellent work. my brother's IS250 got hammered by a deer and they fixed it perfectly, you wouldn't even know it was hit. they also did a FULL detail, leather treatment, the whole 9 yards, and the car looked like new at 100,000 miles. very impressed. I also plan to take my F30 there soon for some bumper work. it'll be a bit of a hike for you in NYC, but they're very good at what they do if you're willing to travel a bit.

Check out auto glen in ridgewood queens the did an amazing job on my f30 estoril blue I couldn't be happier ask for Chris and tell him Bryan sent ya

If you can get someone to tag along with you to drop off/pick up the car, take it to Martino Auto Concepts in Glen Cove

What do you guys think about dealership for body work vs. Indy shop?

I went to the BMW certified body shop in Freeport. They did a good job for my EBII. If the insurance is paying I rather go with a BMW certified shop. At least everything would be OEM.

In my experience, Indy shops do better work. However, your experience very well may vary, it depends on the shop/dealer.
