Gently used about 30,000 miles on them , no leaks or noises. Only height adjustable. The ride doesn't feel harsh at all. These were on my f30 2013 335 xdrive sedan. They also work on 435 xdrive.

It's definitely better. You do have a firmer , lower stance. But it's not a huge difference. It's still close to stock.
