*Update* Request: Clean photos of Estoril Blue w/ 398 orbit grey wheels

BIMMERPOST
     Featured on BIMMERPOST.com
Getting ready to pull the trigger on an Estoril Blue 340i with M Sport and Track Handling Package. I love the idea of the light-weight 398 wheels with Michelin Pilot Super Sports, but I can't find any decent pictures of this combination.

Everything out there seems to have crazy angles or filtering that makes Estoril Blue look like LeMans Blue.

Example: https://www.instagram.com/jasondurham94

Anyone out there having anything better?

Update 3/29/2016

Picked up the car this week and loving it! I understand why it is so hard to find a picture of the car that matches its true to life color. This is one I snapped this morning, which looks no where near this dark/deep in person.

With regards to the 398 wheels, they look bigger and better in person and have a beautiful sparkle when freshly cleaned. Again, difficult to capture on my iPhone camera.

That said, if I had do it all over again, I would have gotten the 442Ms and just paid the dealership to swap the tires to Michelin Pilot Sports and toss the run-flats in the trunk.

One more thing. I think the M Performance yellow brake kit would look awesome on this car. How much do you think I could get for my blue calipers?

Picture for reference:

Thanks for links! Those pictures are better than what I have found, but I still can't believe the best picture out there is one taken in a dark garage with yellow lighting.

At long last, I found some pics from an 8 month old imgur post:

Now I can't decide if I really like them over the 442Ms.

Looks fantastic! I wish the option was available stand alone.

i think the gunmetal 398 is what makes the car easily identifiable that is has the zhp whereas the 442s can also be on non zhp.

The 398s are very polarizing. I keep going back and forth. I made a list of the benefits of each:

398
26lbs
18"
Michelin PSS
Better Handling
Better Acceleration
Better Tread Life
Better Ride Quality
More Affordable to Replace Tires
Hides Brake Dust

442M
29.6 lbs
19"
Better Looking
Flat tire won't leave you on the side of the road.

It's crazy. The M3 19s (437m) are 21.9 lbs!

I personally am not going "upgrade" wheels to 320i wheels. Rubs me the wrong way.

They could have put PSS tires on different wheels. I see 4-5 of 320i's at work and a couple of them have these wheels.

To each is own, but at the price range a decently loaded 340i gets in, I don't want the wheels from a version 30k less in MSRP

You don't have to agree lol BMW marketing was like oh we can take these wheels we already have from a 320i, paint them with a different color, and charge a premium.

That's how I see it

Yea it's not the best looking wheel out there but I find it acceptable. I took it for the tires. If the 19s come with MPSS instead of the RFT I would upgrade.

the 398's and 442m's are both lame and heavy.

order the 442m's because they're going to be easier to sell. buy some nice, light, aftermarket wheels, put on some michelin PSS. sell the 442m's as new take/offs and call it a day
