If you don't have an ACC or ACC2 module, look in ACSM.

No, I don't have ACC or ACC2 module (see attached screenshot). I searched in the three ACSM CAFD modules, but I could not find any hints pointing towards ACC, though I'm pretty capable of the German language Perhaps this is simply not code-able.

Install problem

So I got the files downloaded and placed in folders according to the Mac instructions, but on starting E-Sys I get this message:

The directory for the user specific configuration files
"\\vmware-host\Shared Folders\Esys"
does not exist! [C026]

I don't know why the program is looking in the Shared Folders, I installed it to my C: Windows drive.

Any help appreciated!!

Cheers
Andrew

If it is camera based, maybe look in KAFAS2.

Searcf for "ACC" and "Geschwindigkeitsregelung".

Just wanted to thank everyone for their help on this. My F30 is being built next week and hope to get a week after that. I've already made a list of things that I want to change. I'm in Germany and can't wait to take it out on the Autobahn.

It is *not* camera-based but radar-based (the radar sensor is built below the number plate on the front), but I've checked KAFAS2 anyhow. Did not find anything though I opened all elements (see attached the overview of KAFAS2). Do you know if there is a dedicated module for the radar element?

btw: I really don't know why ACC is so seldomly configured. I had in in E90, I have it now in F30 and it is definitely one of the greatest features in my BMW!

I would have looked at getting ACC, but it wasn't available in the 2012 builds.

It's also a bit expensive; $2400 in the US for 2013 builds.

Not with E-Sys and PSdZData, as that is for Fxx Chassis only. For her E70 you need NCS Expert and SP-Daten.

Hi dc_bmw, I do not have a solution for you, but to clarify the question, are you talking about the inner trunk button or the button on the key fob? I tried it yesterday and when I opened the trunk with the key fob, the doors remained locked. When I closed the lid, the blinkers lit up once.

If this is what you want, then I am sure there is coding to it :-)

That is i am looking for.
I will test the other remote, as my car seems to be the only one with this "feature".
(Dutch cars do not have the internal trunk button ... )

What do you show as the name of your CAFD file under CMB_MEDIA?
