AL Interior For Sale

Hi All,

I have a brand new Brushed Aluminium interior for sale. It was optioned with my M Sport, but I had it removed and replaced with the CF/ alcantara interior prior to delivery, so it has never been used. It is wrapped and boxed and includes the handbrake boot and gear shift.

It's a $500+ option, but PM me to make me an offer if interested. Any reasonable offer will be considered. For any local buyers, I live just north of Brisvegas.

Thanx,

Echo

PS. Had this car for four weeks. It is awesome!

If you don't end up selling it by Sept (I hope you do), I may still take it off your hands. I'm waiting to see what the interior combination looks like before I decide if I will go the CF route myself, stay with what I got or swap it out.

I would prefer to keep them as a job lot at this time. Thanx for asking.

Hey Sherweeny,

The dash trim has a black stripe along the base.

Hope that helps.

Hey, no problems, Simon. Let me know if you need pics of the CF interior. From what I have read of your spec on the other threads, it would look awesome on your car. The CF weave feels good under the touch too.

I am looking forward to seeing the pics of your car when it finally comes, mate.

Echo.

Ok this is what we'll do. Echo, send me the AL trim with black lining, I'll swap it for mine with red lining, then Sherweeeny, u pick the resulting set up from echo. Then everyone's happy

If I still lived in melb I'd seriously consider this

AFAIK, and according to here, the aluminium piece and the bottom coloured bits seem to be all one piece.

yes it is one piece, but i have read here somewhere that you can separate the both carefully. There was a post previously where someone had put the red stripe on the alcantara trim

Yes, this is what someone did when replacing trim with carbon fibre. There is a post on the main site about this and instructions on how to do it. I think it's a pretty fiddly thing to do and great care must be taken, but the paint trim can be separated from the rest of the trim.

Minijet.............check out this post (page-4). A guy in Switzerland kept his EB dash stripe when he replaced the rest of the interior with Performance CF Trim.

Anyway we wouldn't need to separate anything, my AL dash is only two weeks old, and in perfect condition. I'd install his with black trim, and give him mine with red trim.

funny how I'm talking like we're actually gonna do this....if I still lived in melb I'd consider, but I live in hk now. Bit far to be posting trims for swapping
