Yikes - that's worse.

Still in favor of paying the tax upfront on a NY state lease given the risk of losing the tax if the car is stolen or destroyed? Probably very small chance of that happening, but Sandy did wipe out thousands of cars downtown (where I live) . . . .

Signed, and sitting in my in-box waiting to be emailed across as soon as the SA confirms an approximate allocation/build period. Just want to get something in writing . . . .

Seems like a decent deal, all things considered. $400 over invoice, with a $75.00 doc fee and no other BS fees. 0.0013 MF kind of sucks, but that's what you get in NYC.

That .0013 MF is pretty much all across the US if i'm not mistaken. I'm probably going to do a ED and my MF is .0016. Does the .0013 sound better now? hehe

.0013 MF is standard for BMW right now for the 3 series.
