Will a 19x8.5 et40 and a 19x9.5 et45 fit a stock height f30? I want a flush fit, some poke is ok but nothing extreme. And what tire size would you recommend?

for stock height x-drive, 235/40R19, 265/35R19. +40 & +45 will have slight tuck. 7.5-10mm front spacer, 5-7.5mm rear spacer. better to avoid spacer with wheel offset of 32.5ish front, 40ish rear.

what about on h&r sport springs

generally, lowering your car results in more negative camber (and change in toe). if you are not able to re-align to original camber after lowering(i.e with a camber kit) you may end up with slightly more tuck, so a lower offset may be used or more spacer can be applied.
