This is really cool. My ATS does this and I want it in my 428. I liked checking while I was driving. It gave me confidence that all was well.

I'm in San Diego, any idea how to get this done?

Is anyone maintaining a current list of coding options? Most I've seen stop with CIC. Even the BMW Coding Database windows app has few NBT codings.

It can be "coded". If you want to do this yourself, check out the coding thread here:

http://www.f30post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=696777

I do free F3x coding in SoCal and hold meets periodically. I post the meet announcements in the California forums. Next meet will probably be in OC around the end of the month. I also do one-on-one coding if you want to do the drive up here to VC.

PM me if you want more details.

Most of the items that can be coded for CIC are also valid on the NBT. There are some new ones for the NBT too.

The Coding Database is pretty complete as well as some of the Google docs pages. See this post:

Thank you for links. I have the coding database software you linked to and have been looking this over. In reading this thread I see that in order for NBT cars to enable TPMS in iDrive they need to navigate to the following menu to set to active (HU_NBT/3001/EXBOX/RDC_SAFETY), yet I don't see this in the database. There's a CIC version, just not NBT so I'm just saying it appears to not be up to date. I suppose one needs to read between the lines with this coding stuff?

Thanks man! I'll subscribe to the forum for the meet info. Also, where is VC?

It's in the database, but only marked for F10. Change the chassis filter to ALL and you will see it.

The database is a great idea, but there is a lot of data noise in it right now. A tool like this is only as good as the data that's enter into it.

Cool. Let me talk to my wife, and see if she wants to visit her parents in Orange County that day. That would make a perfect trip, I could drop her off at her parents, and come up and hang with you guys, and then pick her up on the way home.

Thanks for thinking of me!

BTW, anyone know of someone who does coding down here in the Virginia Beach/Norfolk/Hampton Roads Area?
I'm in the area, shoot me a PM.
