Warranty still covered it?

I understand after market is the best way to go. But im trying to figure out how long i can go without it

Could be one day, could be 10 years. Why risk being trapped on the side of the highway waiting for a tow truck to save $3-400?

Exactly. Chances are it will blow off at some time. The choice is whether you want to control when you have to change it.

It works until it breaks lol and its going to break, guaranteed. Your car will work without it so you wont be stuck on the side of the road when it happens, you just wont have any boost and will be really slow.

Yeah ive had my chargepipe blow on my mustang and I still drove it home just with no boost. Im just trying to see how many people out there are running stock still

Lots do but you are taking a big risk ... You will be saving yourself a lot of money by getting a CP now before it actually fails .. Remember that if CP fails you will need to pay towing + overnight shipping + have your car down for couple days

I'm only pushing about 335hp to the wheels, but so far holding up very well. I don't travel far, so if it breaks it breaks. But I did risk taking a 500 mile round trip this past weekend and everything was beautiful.
